Prior to his current position, Kapil gained extensive experience at Uber, where he dedicated three years and seven months to leading Electric Vehicles (EVs) and Sustainability initiatives in India. His contributions were pivotal in advancing Uber’s sustainability efforts.
During his tenure at Uber, Kapil also served as the Global B2B Strategy Lead for the bus division, showcasing his strategic prowess and global perspective. Furthermore, he excelled as the Lead for Transit and 3P Partnerships in India, specializing in new mobility solutions.
Before joining Uber, Kapil held influential roles at Shuttl, where he served as Head of B2B Strategy and P&L, Head of Expansion B2B, and City Head in Gurgaon. His impactful leadership and strategic vision significantly contributed to the company’s growth.
Kapil’s startup journey began as the Founder of Laziz Pizza in Alwar, Rajasthan, where he successfully managed the business for two years and eight months.
He initiated his professional journey as a Senior Associate – Derivatives Trader at Futures First, honing his financial acumen over six years and one month in Jaipur.
